Shipping policy

There is a 0.5% chance that it will be delayed/lost by an insufficient address. Please make sure your shipping address is 100% correct and can be found by the postman. If you want to change the address:

A. Unshipped orders: can be canceled and modified by contacting customer service

B. Shipped orders in transit: cannot be canceled or modified
